Aviva Stadium Transport Guide for EURO 2028

DART to Lansdowne Road, Dublin Bus routes and walking from the city centre to Aviva Stadium.

Aviva Stadium is in the Ballsbridge neighbourhood of south Dublin, around two kilometres from the city centre. The DART (Dublin Area Rapid Transit) calls at Lansdowne Road station, with the platform sitting directly inside the stadium grounds — one of the rare top-tier European stadiums with rail access this close. Multiple Dublin Bus routes also serve Ballsbridge from O'Connell Street and Trinity College. The 30-minute walk from the city centre passes through Merrion Square and along the River Dodder. Parking near the venue is minimal and on-street; visitors are strongly encouraged to use public transport on matchdays.
