The closest Merseyrail station is Sandhills on the Northern line, around 15 minutes on foot via dedicated matchday walking routes along the docks. From Liverpool city centre the walk along the River Mersey takes 25 to 30 minutes. Matchday bus shuttles operate from Liverpool ONE and the Pier Head. Parking at the venue itself is highly restricted; pre-booked spaces at nearby business-park car parks in Bootle are the main option for car drivers. Trains from across the UK arrive at Liverpool Lime Street, with onward Merseyrail connections to Sandhills.
