TfL has published the EURO 2028 Tube and Overground matchday plan. Extra trains, late-night running and Wembley Park crowd-control — what fans need to know.
Transport for London has published the EURO 2028 Tube and Overground matchday service plan covering both Wembley Stadium and the Tottenham Hotspur Stadium. The plan increases capacity by up to 30 percent on key lines and extends operating hours on every matchday.
For Wembley fixtures, the Jubilee and Metropolitan lines run a peak-style timetable from two hours before kickoff until 90 minutes after the final whistle. Wembley Park station operates a one-way exit system: arrivals use the Olympic Way concourse, departures route through the eastern footbridge and Bridge Road. Wembley Central on the Bakerloo line and London Overground runs additional services to relieve Wembley Park pressure.
For matches at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium, the Victoria line runs an enhanced service to Seven Sisters with shuttle buses for the final mile. White Hart Lane on London Overground operates as a primary arrival station from 14:00 on matchdays.
Night Tube operates a full schedule on every matchday across the Jubilee, Victoria, Central and Northern lines, regardless of the day of the week. National Rail services from Marylebone, Paddington and Euston run additional late departures.
Fans are advised to tap in with contactless or Oyster only — paper tickets are no longer accepted at any Underground or Overground station. A dedicated EURO 2028 customer information channel goes live on the TfL website and app from 30 days before the tournament.
