Seven Sisters has higher platform capacity, which makes it the safer choice when White Hart Lane queues build up — particularly in the post-match window when the Overground runs to a fixed timetable rather than a matchday surge schedule.

The South Stand approach is a controlled pedestrian corridor; based on Premier League matchday practice at the venue, vehicle access is expected to close from roughly two hours before kickoff, with a phased queueing system handling the bag check at the dedicated South Stand entrance. UEFA tournaments have historically opened turnstiles two hours before kickoff, with the same window expected at EURO 2028 unless UEFA announces otherwise.

For fans seated in the North Stand or the Sky Lounge level, either station works, but Seven Sisters is the faster post-match exit because the Victoria line absorbs the load better than the Overground. The Tottenham High Road itself is a busy commercial strip, with multiple food and drink options open from late morning on matchday — useful for early arrivals.
